Senior Recruitment Consultant, Marion Heal began her career selling pharmaceuticals before moving into a clinical diagnostics sales job. She progressed from here into a marketing job supporting a clinical diagnostics sales operation, before moving into recruitment.

She has always maintained a special interest in the clinical and diagnostics sales jobs market.

Acumen's Chairman, Kevin O'Donovan, has spanned both the life science / molecular biology and clinical / diagnostics markets in his career, having held sales and management jobs in both sectors before moving on to found and run companies in this market. Besides his role in Acumen, he is currently non executive director for several companies in the life science, molecular biology and clinical diagnostics sectors.
